Join our mobility class to feel good and move better! Are you interested in a mobility class, but are unable (or prefer not) to get down on the floor? Are you wanting to return to exercise, but unsure where to start? This chair mobility class is for you! Join our 4-week chair mobility class to improve joint and muscle flexibility and movements.
